Produktbeschreibung

This human receptor associated protein (RAP) was made as a GST fusion protein and cleaved with thrombin. This RAP binds with high affinity to certain low-density lipoprotein (LDL) receptors such as LRP, gp330/megalin and the very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL). Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
