Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: This buffer contains BSA. In order to avoid the risk of bacterial growth, do not store buffer containing BSA at +4C for periods longer than one week. If buffer is to be stored at +4C it should be aliquoted into small portions and the main stock should be kept at -20C.

Supplied as a liquid 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5 at 37C, 10mM magnesium chloride, 0.1mg/ml BSA.
