Produktbeschreibung

Form (1X Buffer Compostition): Supplied as a liquid containing 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.5, 3mM MgCl2, 100mM sodium chloride, 0.1mg/ml BSA. Concentration: Supplied in a 10X concentrated stock. Dilute to 1X or 2X before use. Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C . For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: This buffer contains BSA. In order to avoid the risk of bacterial growth, do not store buffer containing BSA at +4C for periods longer than one week. If buffer is to be stored at +4C it should be aliquoted into small portions and the main stock should be kept at -20C.
