Reaction Buffer for K1894: KpnI Form (1X Buffer Compostition): Supplied as a liquid containing 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5 at 37C), 10mM MgCl2, 0.02% Triton X-100, 0.1mg/ml BSA Concentration: Supplied as a 10X concentrated stock. Dilute to 1X or 2X before use. Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: This buffer contains BSA. In order to avoid the risk of bacterial growth, do not store buffer containing BSA at +4C for periods longer than one week. If buffer is to be stored at 4C it should be aliquoted into small portions and the main stock should be kept at -20C
