Reaction Enzyme Buffer for T1017: TaqI Form: Supplied as a liquid in 10mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 5mM MgCl2, 100mM sodium chloride and 0.1mg/ml BSA. Concentration: Supplied in a 10X concentrated stock. Dilute to 1X or 2X before use. Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C . For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffe Note: This buffer contains BSA. In order to avoid the risk of bacterial growth, do not store buffer containing BSA at 4C for periods longer than one week. If buffer is to be stored at 4C it should be aliquoted into small portions and the main stock should be kept at -20C.
