E. coli derived recombinant protein from the Rubellavirus E1 regions (aa157-176/374-390/213-239). Specificity: Immunoreactive with sera of Rubella Virus infected individuals. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Flow-Through application. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
