Full length Recombinant SIV mac251 nef produced as a GST fusion protein in the Baculovirus Expression System. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Drug screening, immunological studies and Cell activation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1-10ng Western Blot: 1-10ng Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher. Specificity: This protein shows reactivity with murine monoclonal antibodies and SIV converted serum polyclonal antibodies in ELISA and Western Blot. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
