Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:1000. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Ratio of AP to Streptavidin (molar): ~1.0 Activity: 600 units/mg conjugate. One unit=1 micromole of p-nitrophenol liberated from p-nitrophenylphosphate per minute at 37C (pH 9.8). Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 6 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
