Streptavidin isolated from Streptomyces avidinii covalently bound to agarose.Applications: Suitable for purification of biotinylated macromolecules. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunopreciptiation. Other applications have not been tested. Quality Control Testing: Immunoprecipitation: 60ul precipitated immuno-complexes between a biotinylated monoclonal phosphotyrosine antibody and tyrosine phosphorylated proteins from a RIPA lysate prepared from EGF-stimulated A431 cells. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
