Produktbeschreibung

Streptococcus pneumoniae are Gram positive, lancet shaped cocci (elongated cocci with a slightly pointed outer curvature). They are a major human pathogen that cause lung infections that often develop as secondary infections into other respiratory disorders such as bronchial pneumonia. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
