A potent, selective, cell permeable histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDAC). Displays anti-angiogenic activity by interfering with VEGF signaling in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). Induces differentiation in uman breast cancer cells. Melting Point: 161-162C Solubility: Dimethyl Sulfoxide, Methanol Storage and Stability: May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
