TSLPR is a 42kD glycoprotein belonging to the type 1 cytokine receptor family. TSLPR is primarily expressed by dendritic cells and monocytes, and weakly expressed by T-cells. It is also expressed by non-haematopoietic tissues such as the heart, skeletal muscle, kidney and liver. The TSLP receptor forms functional complexes with thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) and IL-7R, which are capable of stimulating cell proliferation through activation of Stat3 and Stat5. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
