Paraffin Tissue Section Panel contains 5 to 8 different tissues on one slide. Tissues were fixed in formalin after excision, and embedded in paraffin. Tissue sections are 5um in thickness, and mounted on positively charged glass slides. The slides can be used for both immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. It is an ideal product for rapid cellular localization of RNA and protein expression. Quality Control: 1. Representative slides from each lot were stained with H & E. 2. Representative slides from each lot were immunostained by b-actin antibody 3. Representative slides from each lot were in situ hybridized by bactin cDNA probe Shelf Life: One year from the date of receipt under proper storage conditions. Total RNA Northern Blots are manufactured by using high-quality total RNA isolated from documented tissues. The tissue is excised, immediately frozen, and then pathologically identified. Total RNA is isolated by proprietary techniques. Each lane of the blot contains 20ug of RNA. The purified RNA is separated by gel electrophoresis and transferred to a modified nylon membrane. Hybridizing a representative blot from each lot with DNA probe of human18S ribosomal RNA ensures the quality of each lot. A users manual and DNA probe of human18S ribosomal RNA are included with all blots. RNA Northern Blots are supplied ready for immediate use, so that you can immediately screen for your gene of interest without the hassle of obtaining hard to find tissues and processing the RNA yourself.
