Produktbeschreibung

Tissues are snap frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision, and embedded in OCT. All US Biologicals frozen tissue products, including frozen tissue arrays, frozen tissue sections, and frozen tissue panels, can be used for both immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. These products are ideal for rapid cellular localization of RNA and protein expression, especially for antibodies that dont recognize paraffin embedded tissue. At least one of the tissue slides from each lot was stained with H & E to ensure quality. Frozen Tissue Array. Frozen Tissue Array contains up to 40 different normal tissue samples on one slide. Tissues types include adrenal, ovary, thyroid, brain (cerebellum), brain (cerebrum), lung, spleen, uterus, cervix, placenta, skin, skeletal muscle, kidney, stomach, small intestine, liver, thymus, esophagus, colon and salivary gland. Each tissue core size is 2 mm diameter. Tissue arrays are 5-8um in thickness, mounted on positively charged glass slides, and fixed by cold acetone. A reference chart shows all the tissue names and their respective position on the array. Storage and Stability: Store at -70C. Stable for at least 6 months.
