Description: Protein is isolated from whole tissue homogenates using a proprietary technique. The tissue was frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision and then stored at -70C. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.

Supplied as a frozen liquid in HEPES, pH 7.9, MgCl2, KCl, EDTA, sucrose, glycerol, sodium deoxycholate, NP-40 and a cocktail of protease inhibitors.
