Tissue Protein Lysate produced under consistent processing conditions to ensure intact structure and original nature. Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates and presents a consistent pattern on SDS-PAGE analysis. Applications: Electrophoresis, Western Blotting and Immunoprecipitation Enzymatic Activity Protein-DNA Interaction Protein-Protein Interaction Tissue-Specific Expression Identification Additional Data Supplied: All tissue protein samples are supplied with verified donor age and sex. Preparation: Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen after excision, and then stored at -70C. Quality Control: Protein lysate is verified on SDS-PAGE comparing to standard protein lysate. Protein lysate can be validated by Western Blot using GAPDH. Storage and Stability: For extended storage, keep frozen at -70C in working aliquots. For continuous use, stored at 2-8C. Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended.
