Produktbeschreibung

Protein is isolated from whole tissue homogenates using a proprietary technique. The tissue was frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision and then stored at -70C. Applications: Suitable for use in Electrophoresis, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Enzymatic Activity, Protein-DNA Interaction, Protein-Protein Interaction and Tissue-Specific Expression Identification. Other applications not tested. Quality Control: 1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining. The pattern is consistent with each lot. 2. The isolated protein is Western analyzed by either GAPDH or beta-actin antibody, and the expression level is consistent with each lot. Storage and Stability: For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Additional Data Supplied: All tissue protein samples are supplied with verified donor age and sex.
