By using pooled protein from whole tissues you can get better protein representation, homogenous signal intensities, stable expression profiles, and high reproducibility between different lots. Universal protein lysates were prepared by Total Protein Extraction Kit (Cat P9087). Quality Control: 1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining, the pattern is consistent with each lot. 2. The isolated protein is analyzed by Western Blot using an antibody to GAPDH for universal total protein. Storage and Stability: Store the protein lysate at -70C for long term storage. After the protein is thawed, store it at 2-8C for continuous use. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles. Stable for 6 months.
