Produktbeschreibung

Location: 15aa near the amino terminus of human TLR4 (1). Applications: The peptide is used for blocking the activity of TLR4 (NT) antibody (Cat. T8050-32). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western Blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37C. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
