Source: 16aa from the middle of human TLR8 (1). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and blocking the activity of TLR8 (IN) antibody. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: Western Blot: Blocks the antibody activity completely by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
