Partial recombinant protein corresponding to human Transcription Factor AP-4
Transcription factor AP4 is a member of the basic-helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factors, which bind to the E-box sequence in the promoters of their target genes. AP-4 has been shown to act both as a repressor and an activator for different target genes. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
