Transferrin has an important role in transporting iron from the intestine, reticuloendothelial system and liver parenchymal cells to all proliferating cells in the body. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-28K: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab RbxGt I1904-28Q: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab RbxGt Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
