Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Goat Anti Rat IgG: HRP (mouse absorbed) F(ab)2 Goat anti-rat IgG: RPE (mouse adsorbed) Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from an immunized DA rat were fused with cells of the Y3/Ag1.2.3 rat myeloma cell line. Recommended Negative Controls: Rat IgG2a Negative Control Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable at -20C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
