MaxLight(TM)550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor(TM)546, 555, DyLight(TM)549 , Cy3(TM), TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm), Emission (575nm), Extinction Coefficient 150,000. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100. 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Recommended Secondary Reagents: Goat Anti Rat IgG: HRP (mouse absorbed) F(ab)2 Goat anti-rat IgG: RPE (mouse adsorbed) Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from an immunized DA rat were fused with cells of the Y3/Ag1.2.3 rat myeloma cell line.
