Matched Pairs: for sandwich FLISA (Capture - Detection): T8199-70 - T8199-71 T8199-70 - T8199-72 Hybridoma: Derived from hybridization of Sp 2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with placental transferrin receptor or transferrin. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Allophycocyanin (APC) is light sensitive. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
