Recombinant protein corresponding to Ile24-Asp184 from mouse transforming growth factor beta receptor type II extracellular domain expressed in NS0 and Sf 21 cells.
TGF-b RII is a membrane bound serine/threonine kinase. It associates with TGF-b RI to generate a heterodimeric signaling complex that transduces TGF-b signals. This receptor binds TGF-b1 and TGF-b3 with high affinity and TGF-b2 with much lower affinity and is expressed by most cell types. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells for detection of TGF- beta RII in mouse slenocytes Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: Carboxyfluorescein conjugates are sensitive to light.
