Produktbeschreibung

TGF-b RI, also known as activin-like kinase 5 (ALK-5), is a 55kD type I transmembrane serine/threonine receptor kinase. It is ubiquitously expressed and forms a functional heterotetrameric signaling TGF-b receptor complex with TGF-b RII. The aa sequence of human TGF-b RI extracellular domain is 91%, 90%, 91% and 93% identical to that of porcine, mouse, bovine and rat TGF-b RI, respectively. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. The detection limit for hFibronectin is approximately 25ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile TBS, 0.01% BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
