TRIM (tripartite motif) family of proteins share a common function: by means of homo-multimerization they identify specific cell compartments. About 37 proteins belonging to TRIM family have been identified. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:32,000 Western Blot: 1ug/ml, observed in HepG2 whole cell lysate on ~55-60kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
