Source: Human skeletal muscle. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunogen for antibody production, troponin biochemical and immunochemical studies.. Other applications not tested. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile urea/Tris buffer, pH 7.5. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Formulierung:
Supplied as a lyophilized powder in 0.01M HCl. It is recommended that the product be reconstituted in urea/Tris buffer, pH 7.5 (7M urea, 5mM EDTA, 15mM mercapthoethanol, 20mM Tris). Solubility is limited at neutral pH and physiological salt concentration.
