TRPC4AP may participate in the activation of NFKB1 in response to ligation of TNFRSF1A, and may serve as a scaffolding protein to link TNFRSF1A to the IKK signalosome. There are two named isoforms. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:4000 Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml detects a ~85kDa band observed in lysates of cell line U937 (calculated MW of 90.0kDa according to human NP_056453.1). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
