Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA (Peptide): 1:32000 Western Blot: 0.001-0.01ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1-2ug/ml Human Cerebellum shows strong staining of axonal bundles through the granular layer. Requires HIER using sodium citrate buffer pH6.0 prior to staining. Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 3.75ug/ml Human Cortex Requires HIER using sodium citrate buffer pH6.0 prior to staining. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after reciept. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
