Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed frozen tissues Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Pair: Capture: T9160-32A Detection: T9160-18A Hybridoma: X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
