Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Functional Studies. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:150 Functional Studies: Neutralizes TNF-induced cytotoxicity on 4937 MCF-7, HeLa, and L929 cells, TNF-induced MHC expression is inhibited on K562 and Colo 205 cells, TNF induced IL-2R expression is inhibited on Yt cells. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
