TNF-R I is present on most cell types and is considered to play a prominent role in cell stimulation by TNF-alpha. Induction of cytotoxicity and other functions are mediated largely via TNF-RI. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:10 Western Blot: 1:10 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
