Recombinant protein corresponding to human soluble Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor 1 (sTNFR1), expressed in E. coli.
Applications: Suitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: To detect human sTNFR1 by direct ELISA (using 100ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of at least 0.5ug/ml is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant human sTNFR1. Western Blot: To detect human sTNFR1 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant human sTNFR1 is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
