Tested by using the phosphopeptide as a substrate for PTP-1B (Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase-1B in conjunction with a non-radioactive malachite green phosphate detection system. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder is stable for 2 years at 4C from date of shipment. Rehydrated solution is stable for 1 year at -20C. After rehydration, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
