Recommended Dilutiosn: ELISA (Indierct): 1:12,800 Immunohistochemistry: 1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Amino Acid Sequence: Phe-Thr-Leu-Ser-Leu-Asp-Val-Pro-Thr-Asn-Ile-Met-Asn-Ile-Leu- Phe-Asn-Ile-Asp-Lys-Ala-Lys-Asn-Leu-Arg-Ala-Lys-Ala-Ala-Ala-Asn -Ala-Gln-Le-Met-Ala-Gln-Ile-NH2 Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
