Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/mL. The detection limit is~20 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. ELISA: coat plate with 100uL/well of the capture antibody, in combination with 100uL/well of thedetection antibody at 200 ng/mL, an ELISA for sample volumes of 100il can be obtained. To arrive at the optimal dose range for this ELISA, set up a two-fold dilution series of the protein standard starting with 2 ng/mL. In this format, less than 0.1% cross-reactivity with rmuPAR and rhuPA-1 is observed. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
