Applications Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse uPAR-1. The detection limit for rmuPAR-1 is approximately 5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Flow cytometry: 3-10ug/mL/10e6 cells with an appropriate secondary reagent for indirect immunofluorescence staining of cells by flow cytometry. Optimal dilutions should be determined by each laboratory for each application. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
