Produktbeschreibung

Development kit contains the basic components required for the development of sandwich ELISAs to measure natural and recombinant human Urokinase-type Plasminogen Activator Receptor (uPAR) in cell culture supernates. Other samples types, such as plasma and serum need to be validated prior to use. Each kit contains sufficient materials to run ELISAs on approximately fifteen 96-well plates. Kit Components: U2610-06A: Capture Antibody 1x1 vial uPAR Pab MoxHu Concentration, ~700ug/ml, Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile sterile PBS. Working dilution, 4ug/ml in PBS. U2610-06B: Detection Antibody (Biotin) 1x1 vial Concentration, ~36ug/ml Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile Reagent Diluent (Not supplied). Working dilution, 200ng/ml in Reagent Diluent. *U2610-06C: Standard 3x1 vial Concentration, ~120ng/ml Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with 500ul of sterile ddH2O. Allow the standard to sit for a minimum of 15 minutes with gentle agitation prior to making dilutions. Aliquot and store at -70 C for up to 6 months. A seven point standard curve using 2-fold serial dilutions in Reagent Diluent, and a high standard of 2000pg/ml is recommended. U2610-06D: Streptavidin (HRP) 1x1ml Store at 4 C for up to 6 months. DO NOT FREEZE. Dilute 1:200 using Reagent Diluent. Storage and Stability: Store *U2610-06C powder at 4C, liquid at -70C. Store U2610-06A and U2610-06B powder at 4C, liquid at -20C. Store U2610-06D at 4C. DO NOT FREEZE. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
