Produktbeschreibung

Urokinase Plasminogen Acitivator is a serine protease (SERPIN) that converts plasminogen into the active protease plasmin. uPA is secreted from cells as an inactive ~52kD single chain precursor which is activated into the two-chain form consisting of an alpha and beta chain. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000-1:3000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the ressearcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
