Produktbeschreibung

Contains the VZV gE immunodominant regions. Contains GST fusion partner. Immunoreactive with VZV positive sera. This amino acid sequence has 100% homology with VZV strains Dumas, MSP, VIA, VZV-32, LAX-2, LAX-1, Oka, Iceland, VZV-80-2 and VZV-VSD Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
