Synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal domain of human Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 1 (KLH).
Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 1 (FLT1, fms-like tyrosine kinase) is a receptor for VEGR, VEGFB and PGF. This receptor has a large extracellular domain similar to the other members of the fms family and has tyrosine kinase activity. The VEGF kinase ligand/receptor signaling system plays a key role in vascular development and regulation of vascular permeability. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 5-10ug/ml Requires HIER using sodium citrate buffer pH6.0 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
