Produktbeschreibung

Villin-1 is a member of a family of calcium-regulated actin-binding proteins. This protein represents a dominant part of the brush border cytoskeleton which functions in the capping, severing, and bundling of actin filaments. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Indirect Flow Cytometry, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:50-1:100 ELISA: 1:1,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
