Produktbeschreibung

Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin embedded sections): 1:500-1:2000, fixed with alcohol (e.g. Carnoy) with a 2 pronase digestion. Aldehyde fixation is not recommended. Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-1:200 cells in vitro (IFA) fixed in ice cold absolute methanol or acetone. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
