Produktbeschreibung

Highly nutritive medium for cultivation and isolation of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. Appearance: Light beige homogenous, free fowing powder Solubility: Yellow-beige, trace to slight hazy pH (25C): 7.1 0.2 Formulation (g/L): Enzymatic Digest of Casein 10g Enzymatic Digest of Gelatin 10g Yeast Extract 5g Sodium Chloride 5g Dextrose 1g L-Arginine 1g Sodium Pyruvate 1g Hemin 0.005g Vitamin K 0.0005g Agar 15g Total 47.0055 Directions per Liter: Dissolve 47.0055g in 1L of ddH2O. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for one minute to completely dissolve the medium. Dispense into appropriate containers, loosen caps and autoclave (15psi) for 15 minutes at 121C. Storage and Stability: Store powdered media at RT. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. Prepared media should be kept at 4C and used within a short period of time.
