ZAP 70, also known as TCR zeta associated protein kinase 70kD, is a protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) with the primary role of catalyzing the phosphorylation of tyrosine residues in cellular proteins, and thus, contributes significantly to the initiation of cell signaling. ZAP 70 is expressed on T cells and NK cells. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1ug/10e6 cells Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
