Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa280-309 from human ZAP-70, conjugated to KLH.
ZAP 70, also known as TCR zeta associated protein kinase 70kD, is a protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) with the primary role of catalyzing the phosphorylation of tyrosine residues in cellular proteins, and thus, contributes significantly to the initiation of cell signaling. ZAP 70 is expressed on T cells and NK cells. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:500-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
