MoBiTec GmbH was founded by Prof. Dr. Stephan Diekmann in 1987 a privately held company. Over the years, MoBiTec became a leading supplier of research tools for the global life science, diagnostic, and pharmaceutical community.

Since 2024, MoBiTec GmbH is a fully owned part of BIOZOL GmbH.
