Flow cytometry:1X10 6 C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes (untreated,left) and Th17-polarized C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes ( treated with 50ng/ml PMA + 1µg/ml Ionomycin + 1µg/ml Brefeldin A or Monensin for 6 hours ) were surface-stained with APC Rabbit anti-Mouse CD4 mAb (A25934,5 µl/Test) , then intracellularly-stained PE Rabbit anti-Mouse IL-17F mAb (A27862,0.25 µg).
